Remember those swords I bought at Value Village way back when? Here they are!

Although I feel like my stock has improved a lot, I'm still having lighting / blur / noise issues. You'll notice that when you look at the high-res version of these, but it's at least better than it was before. part of the issue is my lighting situation. Because I'm doing action shots, it requires a much faster shutterspeed. This lowers the amount of light I can get into the shot, making my shots really dark. My way of compensationg is

- Use of more than one light source. I know artists really want one strong light source, but it's difficult at the moment to do
- Raising the ISO (adds noise)
- Wider aperture (Gives me a smaller field to work within making some areas blurry
- Photoshop (not so much a loss of quality here, but it does tamper with the "natural" image)

I'm working to fix these issues as I improve, but I wanted to let you know that I am aware of them so that I don't get a million "BTW your pictures are blurry" comments. This stock is "take what you can get from it".
